Provo Labs Entrepreneur

Ever since I was young, I have been involved in activities to make money while being my own boss. I started many entrepreneur projects from selling cotton candy in front of Albertson’s food market (over $100/hr) to selling 1000s of Wrigley’s Juicy Fruit Gum packs in Junior High School.

When I found out about the formation of and opportunity with Provo Labs in November of 2005, I decided to align myself with them because of the Provo Labs Entrepreneur philosophies. Provo Labs is a web incubator for the internet ideas, projects, and businesses of Paul Allen and those of us who are part of the Provo Labs team. Although we are a young and newly formed organization, our members have a lot of experience in the internet world of businesses. I am excited for the successes we are creating at Provo Labs and for the momentum we are building.

One of the most exciting things about being involved in Provo Labs is the learning that takes place. I think I know more about servers, programming, product development, content acquisition, and building websites than I could anywhere else. And I’m not even a techy. There are so many key team members here at Provo Labs, it is hard to imagine a problem we cannot tackle. Being an entrepreneur by nature and becoming a web entrepreneur Provo Labs is a great place to work and rub shoulders with some of Utah Counties best when it comes to internet business launching and development.
